Create Mail Merge with QR and Program Userform check-in by scanning QR code

This is very useful knowledge in office work, mail merge on Word, list of invitees in Excel file. In this article, I show you how to create an invitation letter with a QR code containing the CCCD (citizen identification card) number for each person on the letter. Next, I programmed VBA in Excel to create a Useform to perform the job of CHECK-IN delegates to the meeting. From the invitation letter with the QR code, use the mobile app "BS Barcode To PC" to scan the barcode - QR to receive the CCCD/code into the Userform and register to check-in very quickly and professionally. You can use another app or another device.

In this tutorial, I program VBA to create a simple Userform with 1 TextBox to receive CCCD/code from the barcode scanning app, 3 labels to describe information. In the video tutorial, I use the mobile app "BS Barcode To PC" to scan barcodes from the phone to the computer, run as a barcode scanning device, you can also use a QR code scanning device.
